Our mentoring program, composed of the following components, have experienced staff members and an effective program structure for recruiting, screening, training, and monitoring program participants. Our multi-systemic one-to-one mentoring program chart is shown below.
- One-to-One Mentoring relationships will empower our youth to take more responsibility, use more initiative, and reach their highest potential.
- Character Development exposes our youth to positive influences and environments - trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, citizenship, honesty, integrity, courage, and diligence.
- Christian Video Ministry is our platform to introduce Jesus Christ to our young people. Some of them are uncertain about the importance of having relationship with Christ or the spiritual aspect of life, therefore, we use Christian movies to help them understand who Jesus is and why it is so vitally important for them to truly know Him. Every movie we show and discuss has the person or presence of Jesus Christ in it.
- Motivational Speaking is used to motivate and inspire our youth - "For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him. And he is before all things, and by him all things consist" (Colossians 1:16-17). Having a personal relationship with the Lord is the basic foundation in helping our youth to believe in themselves and their dreams. Our main focus is "seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all things shall be added to you." (Mattew 6:33)
- Personal Profiling (for ages 12 to 18), a scientifically-researched communications assessment instrument, is used to open the door to greater understanding of self and others in order to build and maintain a sense of personal worth and self-esteem in one's personal and professional life. This instrument will help youth understand what motivates oneself and others; help them to get along better with others; and help them to understand the dimensions of behavior and build upon those characters.
- Basic Career Training consists of career exploration and development sessions designed to develop soft job skills that will lead to gainful employment for youth that are ready for the workforce.
